F. Conditions:
1. TENANT shall obtain from the LANDLORD
  • FLOOR PLAN and SITE PLAN showing the entire property and the Parking, including Disabled Parking stalls.
  • Letter of Authorization for TENANT to obtain the BUILDING PERMIT as "OWNER-BUILDER".
  • 2. After BUILDING PERMIT is secured by the TENANT, all subc-contactors to secure their own respective Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Permits.
    3. All HEALTH DEPT. fees, including but not limited to $____ filing fee and CITY Building Permits Fees shall be paid for by the Tenant.
    4. BLUEPRINT cost and other "out of pocket" REIMBURSEBLE expenses shall be paid for by the Tenant.
    1. AFTER PERMIT IS ISSUED, any TIME EXPENDED, including but not limited to SITE VISIT and INSPECTIONS, will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour.
